The Viktualienmarkt in the heart of Munich grew from an original farmers’ market into what is today a gourmet destination. In an area covering 22,000 m2, 140 stalls and shops offer flowers, fruit & vegetables, game, poultry, spices, cheese, fish, fresh juices – and some of the best Leberkaese I’ve had the pleasure of tasting.
