Jimmy – Portugal, April 2011
Jimmy was the entertainment manager at the lovely Casa Santa Rita cottages where we stayed last month in Afife, northern Portugal. Nothing was too much trouble for Jimmy – he would selflessly spend all afternoon lying on the sun loungers with us and exuberantly greet us on our return from every excursion. Even when we were fast asleep, he would lie quietly between us all night, just in case entertaiment was needed in the pre-dawn hours. Customer service truly is his middle name 😉
