Well, I am back from an awesome week’s skiing in Chatel and feeling refreshed, energised and ready to take on the world! Also ready for another ski holiday already, but that’s another story…
Secrets – who doesn’t like them? They are fun to try and keep from the world at large,while at the same time being shared with a select group of friends. I must confess to you all that I’ve been keeping a secret from you for the past couple of weeks. You see, a while back, two of my favourite bloggers and all-round gorgeous chicas Ilva and Bron contacted me with a proposal to start a photo blog. The idea was to feature photos from opposite hemispheres, linked each week by a theme. They had been chatting about the idea for a while with the lovely Nanette and I was thrilled when they asked me to make up the fourth and final member of the team.
But of course, things had to remain a secret while we pored over possible blog designs, pondered names and generally kicked ideas back and forth about how we wanted the blog to look and function. But now I am pleased to say that the wrinkles have been ironed out and we can let our secret out by annoucing to the world that we are the proud parents of Between Hemispheres where every week we will have
four photos…
from two hemispheres…
interpreting one theme.
