Nope, haven’t lost my marbles… It’s my and Spicey’s very own event, the End of Month Egg on Toast Extravaganza, and this month it’s hosted by the lovely Stephanie over at Dispensing Happiness! She has selected 70s song lyrics as the theme, and seeing as Grease was one of THE musical phenomena of that decade… well what was a girl to do?! What you see in the picture is a cheese, bacon and mushroom omelette with a slice of rather lovely Burgen soya and linseed toast. Omelette loving indeed…
Thanks to all of you who have been commenting and nominating me for memes – I have just been crazy busy and was hoping to get some blogging in before me departure tomorrow, but alas, no 🙁 Tomorrow I am off on a 2 week trip to the southwestern USA and Mexico – don’t know how often I’ll be able to log on, so don’t expect a whole lot of posting.
